Having built, developed, lived in and managed properties throughout the local area over the past 25 years, we have long been aware that the majority of management agents are based well outside the area, with no knowledge of the location, and have little time or interest in anything more than collecting fees and signing ever more developments they will never visit or care for. We wanted a better kind of agency, failing to find one that ticked all the boxes, we started our own. A management agent focused on keeping owners informed and properties at their very best, for the benefit of all residents/owners/rental businesses.
