Blue Bay will always provide you with a formal offer, including our fees before you make a decision to engage us as your agent. Our pricing is extremely competitive and we encourage you to obtain rival quotes to see just how low our fee structure really is.

There are no hidden costs associated with Blue Bay Property Management, with all fees and rate cards provided as part of our formal contract, you will never be in the dark to expenses.

SERVICE CHARGES & BUDGETS

We have extensive experience of determining budgets for developments of different scales, ensuring charges are appropriately set, invoiced and collected. We strive to not only maintain, but actively improve the developments in our care. Consistent attention to minimising costs, via use of local firms, independent tradespeople, and resources, whilst retaining quality and timeliness means your development is not overcharged. Advanced planning means we can anticipate repairs and maintenance ahead of schedule and always minimise disruption.

No two developments are the same, and our service contracts are always tailored to meet those needs in discussion with members/landlords.
